Word on the street is that a sequel to the wildly popular “Red Notice” is coming out in late 2025. And look, they’re spending $250 million, making it one of the most expensive projects Netflix has ever made. The director of the first film, Rawson Marshall Thurber, is back to do the honors on “Red Notice 2,” with the intention of making things even bigger and better — more action, more laughs, more suspense. The original crew will also be back, with the main stars reprising their roles, along with some new faces played by some pretty big names, which should make things even more exciting.
They’ve clearly got a serious budget to make this project better than the first one. They’re going to some amazing locations like Europe and remote tropical islands to set all the crazy heists and car chases. The team isn’t holding back on the stunts either – think a crazy train heist, underwater scenes and a massive fight in a fancy casino. With top-notch special effects and real-life stunts, this movie is going to be insane.
The trailer they released shows Dwayne Johnson and Ryan Reynolds returning, and their comedic bickering from the original looks like it’s going strong. The action looks pretty intense and fast.
